ONLINE BOOKINGS
Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings.
Please read the room rate details that are provided carefully before you make your online booking.
Once your booking is made, you will also receive an email outlining your reference number and reservation details.
In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will need your confirmation reference number, as well as the email address used to make the reservation.

NON-PERFORMANCE
If, for reasons beyond the hotel’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to, strikes, labour disputes, acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities, civil disorder, disaster, acts of war, acts of God, fires, flood or other emergency conditions, or due to any delay in necessary and essential repairs of the hotel, the hotel is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement, the non-performance is excused and the hotel may terminate the original agreement without further liability of any nature. In no event shall the hotel be liable for consequential damages of any nature, for any reason whatsoever.

ADVANCED PURCHASE RATE
When booking an Advance Purchase Rate your credit card will be charged for the entire stay at the time of booking and the cost is completely non-refundable and non-transferable. A cancellation or change will result in forfeit of the cost of the reservation.

PACKAGES
All packages available at the Kilmurry Lodge Hotel are subject to room availability. If you book a Stay & Save Rate Package and check out early, you may will be charged for the full stay.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made within the cancellation period signified on the reservation confirmation. If notice of cancellation is not received by the required date, the hotel will charge one night’s accommodation. Please note that some rates (e.g. Advance Purchase) are non-refundable. In the event of a no show, the full charge of the booking is taken from your credit card without exception.

EARLY DEPARTURES
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to an early departure fee of one nights accommodation.

All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the specific webpage. All special offers are subject to availability

PRICING ERRORS
The Kilmurry Lodge Hotel reserves the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information having been displayed in relation to price or service.

RATE TERMS
Rate Terms are individaul to the rate type selected. Please see the terms outlined on the Booking Engine to corresponde to each rate package type.

ADVANCE PURCHASE POLICY
Rates are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The full value is taken at point of reservation from the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please Note: Should your payment not process at the time of booking the hotel reserve the right to cancel the booking.

HOTEL TERMS
The rates quoted are based on your period of stay and are subject to change should you later amend your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. Should you fail to cancel your reservation within this time, one nights accommodation charge will be deducted from your credit card as a cancellation fee. Failure to amend booking prior to arrival will result in hotel charging amount advised at time of booking to the credit card provided. All cancellations must be received by the hotel in writing. Bookings are non-transferable.

CHECK IN POLICY
Check in time is from 3:00pm
Check out time is 12:00 noon
Early check in or late check out requests are charged from EUR 10.00 per hour and are subject to availability.
We wish to advise that we are unable to accept cash payments and that a valid credit card will be required on check in for all bookings, including prepaid bookings. A pre-authorisation of your card will be taken upon arrival for incidentals. The credit card must be in the guest’s own name and a corresponding photo ID will be required. In the event that the pre-authorisation is unsuccessful the booking shall be rendered null & void.
Please note that you are liable for any damages or inconvenience caused to other guests.

NELLIGAN’S BAR & RESTAURANT
Children are welcome in the Bar areas prior to 9.00pm each evening and must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

SPECIAL REQUESTS
All special requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed directly with the hotel in writing.

SMOKING POLICY
The Kilmurry Lodge Hotel is strictly a non-smoking hotel. Guests found to be in breach of this policy will be charged a minimum penalty of EUR 150.00 for deep cleaning. This penalty will be applied to the credit card provided at the time of check in. Management reserve the right to charge the credit card without notification if guests are found to be in breach of this policy.
